Default decent spot for a bluff raise?

10/20 5 handed

Villain is loose preflop, reasonably aggro, but capable of folding (50/20/2.5 WtSd 32% after about 400 hands) - He seems to be steaming at me a bit because we have gotten into a couple raising wars preflop and on the flop and I called down and beat him three hands in a row (pair of fours vs ace high/ace high (queen) vs ace high (jack)/pair of nines vs pair of eights)

Villain raises OTB, I defend with T7s

Flop J88 (two clubs - I have diamonds)

Check, Call

Turn 2clubs

I check, he bets, I raise
