Default Advice against a \"maniac\"

Although Ive said maniac I dont know if to classify this guy as your "normal" maniac.
Came across him the other night at $25nl 5c/10c 6 max, played about 80 hands on his table & watched him in a couple of sessions later.
1.Plays virtually any 2 PF (VP$IP 93%)& all for a 9bb raise.
2.Calls any re-raise or AI from a small stack (less than 50bb).
3.Bets every flop 1/2 to full pot,big bets/pushes on turn/river regularly.

Only saw him over abt 300 hands during which he got extremely lucky, busting big pairs with hands like 53o,and left the table in 3 sessions with 3 X buy-in +.
Obviously he seems extremely exploitable but I would be interested to hear your strategy against this player, starting hands/position/bet sizes etc and would you sit on the left or right of him.Thanks.
p.s.Not a big hand sample size but I am a solid winner at this level over the last 3 months.
