Good flop for my hand, but difficult post-flop decision.
Game is live 5/10 NL. The table has been fairly active and reasonably aggressive.
I have $1,600, and villain covers. In the cutoff, I pick up Ah Kh. UTG raises to $55, mid-position calls, and I call. Flop is Ad 9c 6c. Original raiser leads out for $125, and mid-position insta-raises to $300. First question: Should I have re-raised pre-flop? Second question: As played, what is my response to the insta-raise from mid-position? I had planned to raise if the MP player had folded, but now I need to re-think the action. Looking forward to the comments. TK |
