Default Price of selling/buying points @ Pinny

After selling/buying points @ pinny to make the spread equal on the Denver/San Diego game today, I notice that when you set both to +-7.5, the juice is -112 and -103. The way I calculate Pinny is taking a little more than 1c extra for each 0.5 point that you sell/buy, turning a -104 line into -107.5. Is this pretty much commonplace for Pinny's sellback option? And do they take a similar amount for NBA, etc. I would expect this would increase the value of a middle opportunity vs perfect arb since you would lose EV by shifting the lines. Opinions anyone?
