Starluck changed WR?

I am very confused right now. I made a deposit at Starluck casino. After that for several hours my balance was $0 and I decided to contact life support. They asked if I want bonus money to be added to my account and they said that I have to wager $2400. I said yes, but then they said that they made a mistake and that I have to wager $4800 in order to cash out my bonus. From starluckcasino.com:
