Default Not very subtle hint that Neteller is getting ready to bolt the US

My original Neteller account used a US address. I later logged on from overseas. (This is just background, Neteller had no issue and their customer service walked thru it with me.)

Today, I got an email which directly references tracking IP addresses in the context of the UIGE Act:

"Due to this event [referring to different IP addresses]and in fulfillment with the current legislation, we have updated our computer systems to offer greater security to our clients, thus we will need you to access your account and verify it's recent activity"

I have not accessed Neteller, except from overseas, recently. Previously, I accessed it only from US IPs.

This definitely sounds like Neteller is getting ready to cut off US IP access.

(On the other hand, it could be someone phishing.)
