oh and SHIP IT - this'll be the 90th day (or maybe 91st). I started the day after Labour Day at 275, and today I am at 103.8kg, or 229lbs!

1 pound every 2 days, with 2 significant weekends where I fell off the wagon and was drunk and eating crap the whole weekend
