They sent the following email today. What's strange though is that I know of several people who recieved their funds via neteller today!

Thank you for your patience regarding the delay in receiving your October affiliate payment via NETeller. We realize that this has been a great inconvenience and we deeply regret that we have not been able to make payments on time.

It seems that the reason for the delay is that the wire transfer for affiliate payments has been cancelled by NETeller due to issues they are experiencing with processing transfers in U.S. funds.

Please know that this was unexpected and that the reason for the delay was only communicated to us yesterday. As a result, we have ceased using NETeller as a payment option indefinitely until this situation can be resolved.

In order to expedite your payment, we have arranged to have affiliate payments issued directly to your UltimateBet player account. If you prefer, you may change your payment preference to check instead and receive all future payments by check in USD.

Please reply ASAP with your player account username and email address (or mailing address for check) so that we can send your payment at the earliest.

In case you are interested, we've included the email from NETeller Merchant Business Development below.

Due to a significant delay in the processing of USD bank wires NETELLER will no longer be providing bank wires in US dollars and will be wiring funds in Euros by default. As part of our continued commitment to providing you with business updates, this email contains important new information regarding your bank wires to ensure that your funds remain safe and secure.

All USD bank wire requests made after November 30th will be sent in Euros, unless a different currency is noted when requesting the wire.

If no Euro banking information exists in your merchant account, the bank wire will still be sent in Euros, but to your USD bank account. Please ensure your account information is updated immediately.

All pending USD bank wires and auto settlements prior to November 30th will be cancelled and the funds will be returned to your merchant account. You will be required to re-submit these bank wire requests. The funds will then be sent in Euros, unless you have specified another currency preference. If you have already provided alternate bank information this does not apply.

Effective November 30th, all USD auto settlements will be sent out in Euros unless otherwise specified. To request your USD auto settlement in an alternate currency please contact merchantwire@neteller.com.

Please note that bank wire requests received after 9:00 am EST will be processed on the following business day. Bank wires that exceed $5 million USD may take up to 2 business days to be processed.

Please contact NETELLER Merchant Business Development as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements for your bank wire withdrawal.

We regret any inconvenience this may have caused you and thank you for your patience and understanding.
