Default UB hand history information

I recently received the following information from UB about the availability of hand histories. Apparently, instant hand information is no longer going to be available after you get 5 hands. This does not make sense to me. I thought instant hand information was standard at poker sites. Does anyone else think this is a bad move for UB?

Email info from UB:
Our last upgrade included a new policy regarding hand histories at the tables. Players will no
longer be able to retrieve more than five hand histories at the time while sitting at the table.

The player, while sitting at the table will be allowed to retrieve 5 hands, if he/she wants to
retrieve more he/she will have to exit the table and enter again in order to retrieve 5 more hands
and so on.

If you wish to have your hand histories you can send us an e-mail with the exact table and hand
numbers, without exceeding 500 hands per e-mail, and we will gladly send them to you.

This policy was implemented on a permanent basis as per many player's request.
Nevertheless, we are open to your feedback and your suggestions about this like with every other
aspect of our site and services.

We will forward the details of your suggestion to our Management and Programming Departments. They
will take your thoughts into consideration when setting up future versions of our software.

Please continue to send us any ideas and critique you may have as they help us provide our players
with the best Online Gaming Experience in the market.
