So why is NL Omaha so appealing at the micro-stakes?

In micro-stakes SNGs at Stars, I often see the NL Omaha Hi/Lo game fill up faster than I do its PL counterpart...I guess people who have a combined IQ lower than George W. Bush's prefer bingo to poker.
