Best neteller cash giveway option?

I was wondering if anyone had advice on maximizing my neteller points. Which of the three cash giveways gives me the highest value per point? The weekly and bi-weekly are pretty easy to figure out, but comparing with the monthly is a bit trickier since the 1st of the month only happens on a Sunday once every 7 months (on average). So has anyone tracked the number of entries for the various givaways and determined the best bet?
