I don't like the rule against making"stupid" polls in OOT. I might be a little biased because I actively encourage polltarding in Politics [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] but it really doesn't accomplish anything. Pretty much any post can be made funnier or better by including a poll. It certainly doesn't make a post worse or more annoying.
The results are usually at least mildly amusing plus its fun to participate in a thread even if you don't have anything intelligent to put into a post. Bring back the polls! |
