Looking for a study buddy

Seriously though, this type of post has been made a few times recently, so I'll be brief. I'm mostly playing $3/6 right now and things aren't going so good. I'm 1.9BB/100 over 23k hands (was 3.5 yesterday). I just can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong.

Ideally I'd like to get to at least $5/10. Beyond that, I'll have to see if/when I get there.

My goals would be to regularly discuss strategy over MSN (or AIM). I have camtasia (cracked), so we could also record segments of our sessions and review each other's play.
