Has anyone made a comprehensive study of how the softness of different networks have changed since the ban of US players?

I know Bonuswhores has graded different networks but I wonder how updated those grades are...

Does anyone know if there is any site that has graded networks since the ban?

And how does the forum feel the softness has changed at different networks?
