I think you can consider checking back on the flop here, as it is a WA/WB spot, and you can disguise your hand better to get paid off later on. If you are ahead, you are likely pretty safe. Having bet the flop (not terrible by any means), I really think you ought to check back the turn. Then you can call a river bet or bet if checked to. As played, you have to determine if the villain is likely to play missed diamonds this way. That is too opponent specific for anyone to advise you about calling/folding river.
