Oddly enough, I could instantly hum the tune in my head, even though I've never seen the Visa commercial, or heard of Raymond Scott and his song Powerhouse.

Just mention old cartoons and factories and this tune instantly comes to mind. I imagine some Mob Guy chasing bugs through conveyor belts and gears and such, hilarious.
