Default NL50: How badly did I play this 66 hand?

Bodog, nine-handed. I have $86, and I have the seemingly reasonable HJ covered by a few dollars. I don't have any read on the Button, who has $35 to start.

Preflop: BB posts $0.50. chesspain is MP with 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.50, 2 folds, <font color="red">chesspain raises to $2.50</font>, HJ calls $2.50, 1 fold, Button calls $2.50, blinds fold, limper folds.

Flop: ($8.75) 2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players]
<font color="red">chesspain bets $6</font>, HJ folds, Button calls $6. [Arrgg...on this drawless board, he most likely has a pair or is going to try to float me.]

Turn: ($20.75) K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
chesspain checks, <font color="red">Button bets $3</font>(?), chesspain calls $3.

River: ($26.75) 4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
chesspain checks, <font color="red">Button bets $15</font>, chesspain folds.

1) Did I miss a golden opportunity to fire a second barrel on the turn with that scare card?

2) After he made that ridiculous little turn bet, my thought was to call it and see what he did on the river. Should I instead have either just folded the turn, or maybe have gone for a checkraise (i.e. Stack-a-donk with my "obvious" AK/KK/AA).
