Default ($27) AK OOP in L2 against LAGtard

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t30 (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP (t1870)
CO (t3500)
Button (t3910)
SB (t1350)
Hero (t1560)
UTG (t1310)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to t120</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t1560</font>

I was 13-tabling, but had PAHud stats on CO, he was a LAGtard (30/20 or so). If he were a tighter player, I would just call pre-flop and evaluate from there.

Too early to be shoving with AK? Or should I be happy to take down the 150 chips if he folds? Against a late-position raise from a LAGtard, there's a really good chance my hand is best, but I still don't want to bloat the pot out of position with a standard re-raise.

Also... in the next level against the same villain:

UTG (t1795)
MP (t2715)
CO (t3515)
Button (t1030)
Hero (t2980)
BB (t1465)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to t200</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero ?

Shove again? I hate playing A-high OOP against LAGtards, especially when multi-tabling. Is this a leak of mine?
