Default 500nl live - Aces full, how to maximize value?

This hand came up last night in a 2/5 live game. I'm mostly interested in how I might have played the hand to get all his chips in - turn and river action mostly. I had been playing pretty taggy. I had bluffed the villian a few times, and he is a guy who always assumes the worst and folds - he kept talking about all the great laydowns he has made, and that sort of thing. Me and villian had about $600 each.

Two limpers to me in MP with AA, I raise to $25, Villian calls from CO, one limper calls. Flop comes 10 5 4 rainbow. Limper checks, I bet $50, villian calls, limper folds. Turn is A. I check, villian bets $45, I raise to $100. Villian thinks, and calls. On the river the board is 10 5 4 A 4. I lead for $200, villian calls. I show Aces full and he shows Fives full - He had flopped a set and slowplayed it, then somehow didn't lose his whole stack. Good for him, but does anyone have suggestions for how to get his last few hundred in the pot? I had him on top two on the end.
