A Hard line Conservative at another forum i post at said this, and i wanted to see if any people on here agree with this...

"I see it as spending a little to get out a message that might save a lot. You know, like "Don't smoke" or "Just say no to drugs." By reducing the number of smokers, you reduce medical costs. By reducing the demand for illegal drugs, you reduce crime.
