sportsbook 'rakeback'?

I know that online sportsbooks offer their affiliates a cut of the MGR generated by their players, so in theory there should be a rakeback market just like the one we all know about for poker. But I haven't see any advertisements on this forum or elsewhere specifically related to sportsbook. Does anyone know where I can find more information about getting a rakeback deal at some of the major books?
