Cryptologic Refund Question.
Have any American customers received their money yet from Cryptologic sites, e.g., InterPoker, SunPoker, etc.? Although these sites initially announced that they would issue checks within 2-3 weeks, I've received no money. But I have received e-mails this week from InterPoker via ECashDirect indicating that they have "processed a check" for payment. (I guess this is the equivalent of "the check's in the mail.")
And I received e-mails last week from SunPoker informing me that instead of issuing a check as they originally stated, they had arranged for payment to be made by ECashDirect back into my Neteller account. However, that was 10 days ago and no funds have been deposited in my Neteller account. I've sent follow-up e-mails but have only received replies asking me to be patient.
Are others of you experiencing similar problems? Any suggestions on what to do?
(I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, but since it is related to the UIGEA I thought this was the appropriate place to put it.)
