UTG goes all-in for 74 chips
UTG+1 (with 3000 chips) calls
MP1-5,CO,BUTTON,SB all fold.
Hero ...?

Pacific's software only offers hero the option to either fold or call. Not possible to raise.

Sorry, I fail to see what exactly was wrong with this hand.

As you mention in your email, you were the BB and the next player bet
All In $74, less than the minimum required to constitute a standard
Raise, consequently all following players had the option to either Call
or Fold and then the Flop came down and a new betting round began.

This is what the Hand History shows happened.

You mention that a serious Bug stopped this from happening, however you
did not explain the nature of what was wrong.
