Default Rivered top pair and whoops, my opponent wakes up

Just sat down at the table so my image is a non factor. My opponent is a 33/14 over 150 hands. I made my standard c-bet which got called, turned a flush draw and felt my over cards were probably good. What is my river action? I guess I can see arguments for all three options:

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $1/$2
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
Hero: $203
UTG+1: $154.30
CO: $278.30
Button: $143.45
SB: $197
BB: $70.35

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
<font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $7</font>, 3 folds, BB calls.

Flop: 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($15, 3 players)
BB checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $12</font>, BB calls.

Turn: 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($39, 3 players)
BB checks, Hero checks.

River: T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($39, 3 players)
<font color="#cc0000">BB bets $39</font>

Hero?
