Default Is this workaround feasible

Just brainstorming here, and I'm not sure if this has been discussed before, but here goes.

Potentially, we could fund our poker accounts by transfering funds to a foreign bank account, and then transfer funds from that bank account to the poker site. While transfers to web-wallets like Neteller may be blocked, I think the US would have a much harder time blocking transactions with foreign banks that already do a lot of non-gambling business with the United States.

The potential problem for this would be actually opening up the foreign bank account. Also, there may be a problem with customs if you are transfering large amounts of cash. Nevertheless, if some Antiguan bank allowed US customers to open accounts online or over the phone, I don't see why this wouldn't work.
