No I mean that you can't use the blanket term "Muslims" to describe a select few insane people. You could say, "Jihadist Muslims" or something to that effect. I just found it amusing that he said, "Muslims, crusading Christians" instead of "Muslims, Christians" or "fundamentalist Muslims and Christians".
