Default Salsa-need some recommendations

Hey!

I make a pretty good salsa, although it is really very basic.

Ingredients:
6-7 "on the vine" type
3 large tomatoes (although they are usually mushy and I think I should replace them)
1 batch cilantro
1 onion (I usually go with white)
1 habanero + a less spicy pepper
OR
3 or so jalapenos (I sometimes use those thin anaheim/serrano chiles as well.)
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 lime
salt and pepper to taste

I have a food processor so I can chop them all up real easily. It's not pureed, I like it chunky. I cut the cilantro by hand.

Anyways, I'd like some suggestions to make it a little different. Does roasting peppers in a pan change the flavor? Should I use tomato sauce?

Give me ideas. Thanks.
