Default Avoiding being quartered with the nut low

ok here goes. I'm a decent NLHE player but I have been playign a bit of PLO8 when I get bored of holdem from time to time.

Basically with the people I play with at 25PL a lot of pots are multiway and I basically nut peddle 4 tables.

Now the problem! I don't know when I should be folding the nut low when everyone with different size stacks is going crazy potting everything. is this a common problem?????

ps. if anyone knows of a decent starting hands guide or simple point count system that i could take a look at to help me out to begin with I'd be very grateful, cheers
