Default AA drawy board facing overbet shove...

Hand is against a pretty good regular. We have some history together but I haven't played 400 NL in forever. Time to stop being complacent due to Bill Frist's douchery. Saw in some Q and A w/ aba20 to post 2 hands a day so I'll try to do that until the plug is pulled.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $4 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($133.10)
Button ($437.30)
Hero ($749.25)
BB ($273.60)
UTG ($400)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $12</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $40</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG calls $28.

Flop: ($84) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>

Me: bets $64
Him: raises $296 to $360 and is all-in

what kind of range do you think good opponents do this with when you haven't clashed at all yet?

when is this an easy call?

when is this an easy fold?
