Full Tilt RB questions

I have read here that Full Tilt "deducts everything" from MGR. What and how much is "EVERYTHING"?

I assume the following:

1) Bonuses - fully deducted from MGR.
2) Transactions Fees - Which transaction(s) and how much?
3) FT Store Purchases - Yes/No? How much?
4) Freeroll Tourny awards - Yes/No? How much? How frequent?
5) ???
6) ???
7) ???
8) ???
9) ???

I am sure there are others that would also benefit from this information, before they unitentionally lose out on their rakeback. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. Bonus Whores says that the maximum number of tables played at FT is 4. Is this correct? I was able to open a 5th table last night (accidentally) but didn't try to play on it because I was doing something else on my second monitor. How many can be played/opened?
