Help with Prima

I want to join the prima network. I live in a house with 11 people. Like 3 of us this is our income. Ever since party went down we decided to move to prima. My first buddy signed up, now whenever I try to sign up it tells me that I am "xxxx" please verify your account. I contacted the support (this was on battlefield poker) and they said its probably because we have the same IP address. Is there anyway around this? ITs unfair because theres nothing we can do that we live together.
