It will be VERY VERY hard for banking institutions to put restrictions into place.

Find a room that allows you and play. It's not the end of the world. Remember - it's the government we're talking about, not an organization I would put a lot of faith into getting something down.

It's a huge bureaucracy against Private Industry. I'm putting my money on Private Industry winning in the long run.

There will be ways around everything sooner or later.
