Default Reraised with a suited connector preflop. Like it or hate it?

Villain is a semi-loose aggro player, raising 15% or so of his hands preflop in this $100NL 6max game.

Villain: -- --

Hero: 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Pre-flop:
Villain raises to $3.50. x folds.
Hero re-raises to $12. x folds. x
folds. x folds. Villain calls.

Flop (board: 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]): (Str8 flush draw)
Villain checks. Hero bets $15. Villain calls.

Turn (board: 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]): (Nuts)

Villain bets $25. Hero goes all-in for $73.
Villain calls.

River (board: 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img])

Several factors needed to line up in order for me to raise there. Like: Opponent's PFR stat is over 10%. If it's too low he probably raised with a great hand. Also, I must be in position and have a tight image. Also, the opponent must be full-stacked. Re-raising a smart opponent who raised UTG is not good, since UTG raises are usually great hands. No good player is going to raise QJo UTG...
