ISP question for MR K.

know how to interpret legislation, until MR K responds...ty)

Mr K., you stated you dont see where ISP's will be effected.

In regards to the phrase "Interactive Computer Service",
one poster on here said that is the gov's definition
that's also used on a kiddie porn bill to describe
anything from a server to end-user and basically
anything in between (ISP?)....Any truth?

I do realize that they originally had a seperate
bill for the ISP issue...No chance they merged them
together?

Could it simply mean that servers hosting Banner Ads, aff-ads,
other links, must take them down?...I could see this
as being the primary target.
