Less well-known songs from famous bands

The first thing that came to mind when I read this title was Radiohead's awesome b-sides. They're pretty well known but some casual fans might not have heard them. My top 4 are (in no order)

Big Boots
Worry Wort
Where Bluebirds Fly (schizophrenic electronic song, not for everyone)
Talk Show Host

I think all of these have been released with singles etc. and some are regularly performed live.

Somewhat related, John Mayer has an amazing acustic cover of Kid A (the song). I didn't like Mayer before I heard this, and I dont really listen to him still, but this cover is amazing.
