Yes. You probably can withdraw 'funds' at anytime, funds being what belongs to you. You can't withdraw the bonus funds unless you've cleared the wagering requirements. You were right tho that a good way to get out of it is to arb both sides of a game and hopefully 'bust' your money along with the bonus to another book.

I'll say it again for people who don't understand. A bonus is NOT a free bet. If you bet your bonus and lose and you havne't cleared the bonus you're losing your own money from your withdrawable balance, not bonus money. This goes for nearly any sportsbook,
