TVUPlayer Tips (Free Live Streaming TV)

Someone linked this very cool app for streaming live TV the other day. The quality is pretty good, and it looks like new channels are being added regularly. Anyway, a few things I've run across you might find useful:

First off, if you're using 1.x (which is still the only version at downloads.com), grab the latest here. The new 2.x version has a better interface and is resizable to full screen. After upgrading I had to uninstall/reinstall for some reason before it worked.

You can alternatively play the feed much more comfortably through Windows Media Player or VLC media player. To do so, minimize and mute the TVUPlayer, and open the following URL in your media player:
http://127.0.0.1:8901/

The HBO feed is HBO Asia. Here's the full schedule:

(subtract 8 hours for Pacific time)
