Stud Tourney Structure Advice

So I am going to play in a preliminary stud event in AC next Friday for some ESPN US poker thing at the TAJ as a birthday present to myself.

I have never played a live stud tourney before and was just looking for advice, specifically with regard to the structure, but also any other input is certainly welcome.

It is $5000 in starting chips with 45 minute levels. The structure of the tourney is the same as for the hi/low tourney which is in the following link:
