If we go AC who gets the governments stuff?

How is it decided who gets ownership of all the stuff the government currently owns? (roads, buildings,nukes,tanks etc, etc.)

To me it would seem like it would have to be broken down in some sort of percentage bases on lifelong taxes paid but in that case it would be kind unsettling for random corporations to get handed nukes b/c they paid for them in taxes.
