WPEX file not found

I saw a few people in the other thread who were having the same problem. When I try to download the software/update, I get the error "english.cab not found". Once the software installs, it can't find the language file and then shuts down. I uninstalled and d/l the full software package from the site and I get the same error.

Has anyone who had this problem been able to fix it?
