So im playing 25/50 at the borgata. Game is pretty good, there is a drunk tard, the villain, who just doubled up with q9 on a 9 high board and has $4500 to start, i have him covered. So, villain raises utg to $250. I look down and see pocket tens, i ask how much he has behind and he says something along the lines of "put me all in , ill call" so i just call. Flop comes 2 3 4, two hearts. He checks, and i bet out $500, he says "are my jacks good" and calls. This has me a little worried, because i honestly think he might be telling the truth. The turn is a beautiful 10, he checks again, and i fire out $1000. He says "ok i have jacks, im going to call." wtfffffffffffffff. So the river is a Jack, and he instantly shoves for $2k. i stare at him and go "hahaha you [censored] , i have a set of tens, you shouldnt have told me you have jacks" and i fold. thoughts?
