Simple Q regarding Party Vs empire

Can I have a real money party and empire account? They obviously are skins but I have seen nothing saying I can't, and they also both share pay-pro which makes me a little concerned they will deny another real account with the same billing address and bank numbers.

Also regarding any party reload bonus where can I figure out about how to cash in on this. Basically I want my money back into party and affiliates but I want a bonus somehow. It's sitting in my NETTELLER until I find out the most lucrative way to do this.
