Party Account closed?

I log into party and it says my account has been closed. I will not be able to log on to play or anything, I logged in today to take out 500 bucks from neteller after the bonus. Great this sucks, I went on a billion buy in downswing and I can't make it back. Does anyone knows what this message is?
