So Goyette asks how are we sure of the hijackers' identities, and the PM guy says they did DNA tests. Then Goyette asks where they got the DNA with which to match the crime scene DNA. The PM guy then realizes he's caught in a lie and tries to confuse the issue for like 5 minutes, and finally Goyette realizes he's not gonna get an answer cause the guy is totally BSing and doesn't even have his lies straight, so Goyette just hangs up on him and says he's welcome back anytime he can actually answer the question.

5 years to get their lies straight, and they can't even come close. Ugh.
