Help with the Mansion hedge bet.

Sorry for being a bit slow on this but i'm new to sports betting and being from the uk don't understand the betting terms (110 or 1.91 etc)

I have the Mansion bet locked at PK and can get +1 110 for Miami on Bet365. I presume i would wager $523.80 to hedge properly.

If Pit win I make $1000- $523.80= $476.20
If it's any other result I win the same amount from the hedge.

My question is is this a good hedge or not?
