2 middle numbers of SS#

So im listing to the radio today and some dude calls in and says that his uncle told him that if ur 2 middle numbers of ur SS# end as an even number then you are white. And if the number ends in a odd Number you are another color. I thought that this was funny untill i asked like 10 people that where around and all of them had either even for white or odd for other color. I know this was a just random luck but boy was it kinda creepy.
