.5/1 QQ hand vs overcard turn donk

BB took me by surprise in this hand.

MP has been seeing most flops (60/20 over 15 hands), but don't really have a lot of hands on him yet. I haven't noted anything in particular on him, just loose. The stats I have don't show a lot of aggression.

BB wasn't quite as loose as MP, but was still seeing a decent number of flops (40/0 over 15 hands).

My first inkling on the turn donk is he 2-paired, or even 1-paired with the K is bad for me. When I called him I was thanking him for saving me money.

Still, should I have bet the river once he checked it? River value betting is a weak-spot in my game.
