Since when are W2's and income reports based on anything except Jan 1 - Dec 31st in casino table games departments?

ALSO, that number in INSANELY scewed to the high side. They are taking the high limit dealers who are working many 12 hour days, 6 days a week and using that as the income figure for "average income" for the dealers.

No matter how much or little someone is making, telling someone you now are forced to give upwards of 20% of your income to someone else besides taxes is just not right. It's stealing IMHO.

This isn't quite an analogous situation, but is waitresses being 'forced' to tip out their bartenders, busboys, etc. "not right?"
