Have I become too weak-passive/tight?

I really think I'm missing value bets, but I'm just getting out of a huge downswing and have been really passive at the tables compared to my usual LAG'ish style. I've mostly been trying to play in position and with a lot less aggression, trying to minimize losses because it seems that when I don't get outdrawn on, I'm value betting and getting raised on the river when I'm beat.

My only real read here is that the table is tight. At one point, I raised 2 or 3 hands in a row and the whole table folded and another 2 or 3 times I raised, a psb c-bet took it down against one player, so I was a bit worried about the guy betting oop.

I figured that was the worst card. I have all of the flush cards, so I figured I was beat. With this hand, I am more interested in knowing how often you guys fold on the river when a made hand is outdrawn. Such as a flush coming when you had a straight and the oop bets into you. Et cetera.
