I figured it was an easy 3bet, which I did, but it was more a question of how far you go after that.

If UTG folds and UTG+2 goes to 4bets, being that it's now heads up with no cap, do you go to 5 here? Or are you happy enough that it's heads up and you just call down from that point?

If UTG calls, and UTG+2 still goes to 4bets, are you leading the river?
